Nose of great elegance, with notes of white, apricot and orange, all in a very thin and mineral set, with some notes of chalk and nuts. Mouth very harmonious, but structured and tense, with notes of spices and vegetables. Very thin fruit that lasts a very long finish.
Aged 4 months in clay amphoras.
