Clean, bright colour without suspended particle. Fresh, fleshy fruit, fabulous young wine personality, macerated notes with strawberry caramel, spicy and meaty, good acidity and textures. Slight scents of toasted oak. Medium-high acidity. Long finish. Aged 3 months in 225-litre and 248-litre French oak barrels with varying degrees of toast sourced from 7 different cooperages
