Perfectly ripe black fruits, a certain spicy and balsamic freshness, liquorice, herbaceous (bay leaf, rock rose) and mineral tones, delicious mouthfeel, ripe red forest fruits, excellent citric acidity and balance, with good texture and ageing potential. Aged 11 months in French oak barrels with different levels of toast.
