Ruby red colour. Intense bouquet of rose, currant, spice and with light herbaceous hints. Harmonious, elegant taste with good tannins and fresh finish.
Careful selection of grapes in harvest. Fermentation in wooden vats. Grapes not destemmed crushed with feet 10 days maceration. Malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barrels. Bottling without filtration during waning moon days.
