Birbet is a classic celebratory wine for accompanying local traditional desserts.
Made from Brachetto grapes, Birbet has cherry red colour with faint ruby nuances. Fragrant and aromatic with floral undertones. Reminiscent of strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. On the palate, it is sweet without being tedious. Strong, pleasant hints of red fruits amplified by fine perlage.
Perfect with dry pastries and hazelnut cake.
