Product description
Shipping & Returns

We celebrate David Baverstock&s 30 vintages at Esporão. Thirty years of innovation and experience. It&s an elegant, complex, and balanced wine that reflects his Australian roots.

The agricultural year of 2021 was a rainy one. During the vegetative rest (Autumn - Winter), precipitation values higher than the average of the last 22 years were recorded, while temperatures remained mild. These precipitation values led to virtually all soils having their water reserves completely restored at the beginning of the vegetative cycle (Spring). Budburst occurred earlier, and the higher temperatures during Spring accelerated vegetative development until flowering. In Summer, the milder temperatures contributed to a regular development of the vegetative cycle, allowing the ripening to progress regularly and balanced.
