Luis Pato Espumante Pé Franco is a sparkling wine crafted from ungrafted Bical vines grown in sandy soils. These rare vines yield a wine fermented and aged in a single used French oak barrel for six months, followed by three years of maturation on fine lees. The 2021 vintage stands out for its ideal conditions, showcasing exceptional phenolic ripeness balanced with vibrant acidity—an invitation to savor every bubble.

The wine delivers an intense mineral profile on the nose, accompanied by notes of apple, greengage plum, aromatic herbs, and subtle hints of oatmeal and brioche, with smoky and balsamic undertones. On the palate, it reveals a delicate mousse, restrained pressure, and a rich, creamy body where the acidity extends the experience.
