This is 100% Cerceal from some of Bairrada&s chalkiest soils, and it&s an elegant and delicious wine with flavors of crisp apple, salted almond, Meyer lemon and citrus blossom. It&s substantial enough to pair with a variety of foods, from shellfish (lobster, scallops) to roasted or braised chicken or duck.
Winemaking:
Fermentation in used chestnut barrels for 2 weeks. Aging in used chestnut barrels of 650L for 7 months.

Tasting Notes:
Pear syrup, toasted almond, vanilla, white plum.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage in horizontal position at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

White meat, soft cheese, fish and vegetables.
Taste: Great aromas of pears, almonds, white plums and toasted vanilla and a fine, long finish with a fruity, creamy freshness, long finish. So elegant!
