Bright garnet. High toned red and blue fruit aromas, balsamic, notes of local bush, spices tinged with wet stone and violets. On the palate, lush, but with bright acidity to balance the red cherry and pomegranate fruit. White pepper, slate and herbal aromas overlay the core of fruit on a juicy, fresh finish. In the mouth, the first impact is of fresh fruit that quickly overlaps with the notes of spices and some smoke, dense and fresh shows a solid structure supported by fine tannins. Eminently easy to drink.
