Brother and Sister, both winemakers, friends and business partners for more than 15 years and 14 wineries. Pursuing an old dream of a joint wine venture, this was how Mac?anita Vinhos was born. This Mac?anita White Reserva is the result of mixing the experience of the two winemakers, brother and sister, lots of discussions, lots of fun, all resumed in this bottle of the Brother and Sister Mac?anita White Reserva 2020. We hope youll enjoy.
VINIFICATION: All grapes are hand-picked into 18kg cases. In the winery, whole bunch press, cold settling, fermented 40% inox - 60% neutral oak barrels, ba?tonnage. 12 months ageing.
Yellow citrus color, fresh aroma with citrus and mineral notes. In the mouth it is silky with fantastic acidity, making the wine very firm.
Serve with white meats from the oven, roasted fish, and souffle?s.
