Lemon yellow colour of medium intensity, clear with a dense tear. Aromatically intense, of great complexity, with notes of white fruit, pencil wood and bakery, light notes of nuts. Dense mouth, acidity and alcohol well balanced with white fruit and bone aftertaste. Medium length final. Aged 6 months in French oak barrels.
